Our Vision
Our impact begins with access and ends with legacy. Through an ecosystem that connects academies, residencies, clubs, and technology, we reach children where they live, learn, and play — giving them the structure, mentorship, and belonging they need to thrive. Every program is designed to close gaps that limit opportunity: lowering the cost of participation, empowering coaches with better tools, and equipping families with the resources to support their kids’ growth.

For us, sport and soccer in particular are among the most powerful ways for young people to discover who they are, what they are capable of, and how to give back.

Our In-House AI and Performance Innovation Company
Willow.Tech is our in-house AI company dedicated to building the technology that powers our athlete performance dashboards and our personalized education integrations. The platform is designed to understand the athlete behind the metrics by connecting physical, mental, and behavioral insights into one complete picture. This helps coaches, families, and organizations see the whole person, not just the performance.
Our platform includes secure player passports, milestones, and records that give athletes verifiable ownership of their progress. Every journey is measurable, protected, and personal, creating a clear foundation for growth, development pathways, and long term opportunity.

Operations & Collective Power
NXTLVL Group is the operating and consulting arm of our ecosystem — built to power youth clubs and academies worldwide while expanding our capacity to own and operate residencies and development programs.
We help organizations harness the power of the collective — cutting costs, improving operations, and raising standards on and off the field. Our work spans vendor partnerships, group buying power, travel logistics, international development trips, and national showcase events that give players exposure to higher levels of the game.
Each year, we bring together coaches, administrators, and club owners for conferences and best practice training that strengthen every level of their organizations. Beyond operations, NXTLVL provides in house branding, marketing, and growth strategy — helping clubs expand their reach, elevate their reputation, and create stronger player pathways.
Why it matters: Youth soccer is fragmented and under resourced. NXTLVL Group creates alignment, lowers costs, and empowers clubs to grow — connecting them into a global collective that supports micro school partnerships, residencies, and player development pathways around the world.
Residencies & Schools
Next Level Academy is the heartbeat of our ecosystem — where young athletes live, train, and grow as whole people.We’re building a global network of high-performance residencies and club-based academies designed to nurture a love for learning, technical skill, tactical intelligence, personal growth, and leadership — all within environments that feel like family.
Some are built in partnership with like-minded organizations; others we design and create from the ground up — including the first-of-its-kind Girls Soccer Residency: think Texas meets soccer, meets horses, meets sustainable living. A live–work–play community where excellence is the only standard, and every element — from sport to design to daily rhythm — is intentionally crafted to honor the development needs of all children.

How We Steward & Give Back
Beyond the Goal is the nonprofit arm of our ecosystem — the piece that makes everything accessible and sustainable. It provides scholarships, micro-loans, fields, wraparound family resources, and coach development to ensure cost is never a barrier for a child to play, learn, or stay in the system.
More than funding, Beyond the Goal keeps our work rooted in community. Every residency, club, and platform we build has Beyond the Goal woven into it — creating trust with families, attracting mission-aligned sponsors and municipalities, and ensuring equity sits at the center of everything we do.
Why we need it: Without this, the system risks becoming another exclusive pipeline. Beyond the Goal guarantees that our ecosystem is not just about financial returns — it’s about real impact: opening doors for overlooked talent, supporting families, and building leaders who give back to their communities.
